Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
- Assign daily duties and manage work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and coordinate supply requests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
- Prepare daily and weekly housekeeping reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
