About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Assign daily duties and manage work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and coordinate supply requests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
• Prepare daily and weekly housekeeping reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
