About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for a leading real estate developer in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support project sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Lead digital, social media, branding, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage project launches and promotional activities.
• Oversee lead generation and campaign performance.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to drive conversions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Qatar real estate developer experience is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
